The camera works GREAT, no caveats. The app is hot garbage. Sometimes connects, sometimes doesn’t. I’ve gotten around this by using a portable SD card reader with an iPhone adapter and it makes the whole thing a breeze. When the app works it’s ok. The camera performance is great at night/low light and wonderful during the daytime. Pics I uploaded were taken at the lowest quality setting and still look pretty good.

Bought this trail camera for my engineer husband as a holiday present. We are returning it after disappointments with even getting wifi to work. Instructions written poorly, could not get the app to work on either his Android App or on my iPhone. No Customer Support listed, only a China address.

I like the camera and software functions, and I like the photos and videos, but the images sometimes get foggy on cold, damp nights. I assume it is condensation on the lens.

Bought the camera even though it was the new kid on the block so to speak. It has some great features. The wifi and Bluetooth work great. I like everything about it with one exception. The camera doesn't work, the PIR, the trigger, what ever, doesn't work. Did numerous tests with still pics and video. About half of them were not captured. Some that were captured never showed up in the gallery on the app. I discovered that by putting the SD card in my computer. It's called Concept it needs to be a working concept. If the bugs were ironed out I would be interested in maybe trying it again. I sent it back. I bought a Meidase P90 at the same time. It is everything I was hoping this camera would be.

Worked for a month then just pops up a foreign language line.Hours spent reloading, reconnecting, reinstalling, etc.Asurion sends you back to seller instead of doing their part.Its in China.We'll see how long this takes.Not expecting miracles.

Do you have to have Wi-Fi for camera to work? Currently just have a smartphone and Bluetooth.

Purchased 2 of these cameras on the same day. They both worked great for about 30 days. Now after the return window has passed 1 has stopped working/recording. 1 works perfect. The one that stopped working I stood in front of, reset, left batteries out for 3 days straight, redownloaded the app, tried everything possible but no go. For that I will leave 2 stars. Glad at least one works and I get to see the deer.

Read instructions completely. Does NOT want you to connect with home WiFi but a different web. Even replaced all (6) batteries. Camera records fine in house but the minute you move it away from your modem, you lose all function! What a complete waste of money!!!
