Solid Base, 2 Layer, Height Increasing Insole

Believe it or not, for me it is more comfortable wearing them than not wearing them. I wear them every day in my dress shoes, and weekends in some of my casual shoes with higher tops. A friend bought them on my recommendation and didn't like them. The issues are this: sometimes the extra inside height puts the bottom of your heel close to where your shoe opening is so it can almost be seen. Also, since it elevates your foot, the top of your foot may rub against the top of the inside of your shoe. Lastly the only issue I ever had is I stepped on an uneven brick and twisted my ankle a bit because the stability is a bit different since your heel is 2" higher. It really will take you wanting to make it work, and finding which shoes it will work with. I wore these across Europe and to all night dance parties. The extra 2" makes a WORLD of difference in my confidence. Started wearing them in June, 7 months later I don't think I'll ever go back.

These insoles are really tall. I tried putting them in my sneakers to add a couple inches to my height at work so I don't seem like a little kid, but most of my foot stuck out with them in. If i were going to wear pants that would cover my foot and shoe it would work, but I think it would be pretty obvious otherwise that I had these in. They could work in boots if they were a size too big so that your foot could fit in there with them, but regular low top sneakers/ tennis shoes it is easy to see.

The insoles did not work for me as I bought them to try and even up a difference in the length of my legs by just using the right side but the angle of the insole and the spongyness caused pain in my leg.

Five star insoles! I got these for my husband who said they fit well and didn't slip in his walking shoes. They are super discreet, everywhere from the packaging to the actual product itself (the insole just looks like the inside of a normal shoe, with no crazy colors or patterns to make it look out of place). Additionally they are solid so your heel doesn't sink, but without being rigid and uncomfortable.

My orthopedic surgeon recommended heel lifts to take pressure off of my Achilles tendons. I work on my feet and suffer from chronic Achilles tendonosis. These have been a godsend. I can work my shift with minimal to no pain. They fit my work shoes we'll, and easily transfer to my casual shoes or boots. I'm ordering several more pairs for my "off duty" shoes. Great product

I bought these to mess with my girlfriend once my height seemed to magically increase slightly. But when I got them I realized there is no way these would work in the vast majority of shoes... even just using the minimal lift layer, they make shoes and boots impossible to put on. I have seriously 10 pairs of boots and shoes, and i tried them in all of them. Not a single one was able to be worn... sneakers, dress shoes, leather boots, sketchers etc... every single kind were impossible to wear. I expected them to not work for a few shoes, but not all of them. Some boots seemed to have a lot of extra space, and still it was impossible. the only way i could see this working are with some weird stretchy shoes, or shoes that have open tops, and that would be totally impractical.

Love it! Whenever I'm feeling low I just pop these babies into my favorite pair of slippers and dance around my house. It's crazy how an extra inch or two can instantly elevate your mood!! You can cut them down to the perfect size and there's an added benefit of not having your slippers fall off your feet every time you take a step. Would highly recommend!

It is hard to fit them in any shoes but when you finally find a pair they fit in...jackpot.
