Dakine Explorer Laptop Backpack

The bag is awesome. The only tiny details that lowered my rating was because I only feel comfortable strapping a really small skateboard on it. I hoped I could attach the regular boards I use on it. But I also don't know much about skateboard bags and maybe I'm doing something wrong. I also wish that they had one additional pocket then it would be 5 stars. (But I also love at least 2 big pockets in a backpack, so that's more about my preference). It's still an awesome bag & I really like it and am happy about my purchase. I never bought a Dakine bag before but I liked the color, in the large compartment there is a place you can put your laptop. I love the shades of blue, what serves as a "handle" connected to the shoulder straps is the sturdiest I have ever encountered, there are two small zippered pockets on the top of your bag- one meant for shades and the other one for whatever you want. I would buy more products made by this company. Everything feels quality.

Nice backpack. Lots of room, sturdy and nice design, but it gets HOT against your back. Something to keep in mind if you live in a warm climate or will be wearing for extended periods of time.

This is a perfect sized backpack for work. It fits my laptop, cords, planner, and whatever else I need to bring to the office. He's wicked sturdy feeling and seems highly waterproof. It is useful and is a good size without looking goofy. I've used it only for a week now but I'm 100% happy with it already.

It's great, not very wide or thick, but very tall. Not as many pockets as I would have liked but it works great for all of my AP classes.

Great backpack! Not too big, not too small, not too bright and yet not boring (i have the Hawthorne).Had it with my on a couple of flights already and even had to check it once, still looks as new.

The green was a Lot darker than the image made it look. Otherwise a fine bag.

Originally purchased to hold my son's skate board and pads etc. It's very sturdy - good quality. It's been loaded up for air travel repeatedly and still looks new. Now he's using it as a school backpack. Smart buy!

Well made, reasonable price, and nice features. I really like the sunglasses pocket, and the mesh water bottle pockets. The mesh side pockets/pouch serve great for gloves, phone, keys or other quick access items.

Llego muy a tiempo. El material se ve resistente y de buena calidad. El color es perfecto. Me hubiera gustado un poco más de acolchonamiento en la parte de la espalda, pero me parece que está bien.

Appears well made so far. No problems yet and meets expectations.

Zugegeben, als ich zum aller ersten Mal den Rucksack sah war ich kurz irritiert, wo sollten bitteschön die angepriesenen 26L herkommen? Dann aber die verblüffende Entdeckung - der Rucksack lässt sich in der Tiefe ausziehen und das nicht zu knapp. Wo vorher in meinem alten Rucksack mit 13L Platzmangel herrschte und aus allen Nähten quoll, war nun auf einmal Platz für alle meine benötigten Habseligkeiten. Das schöne dabei ist, dass der Rucksack, wenn er weniger gepackt ist, flacher als mein alter Rückenbegleiter ist! Laptop, Kopfhörer, Essen, 1L Trinkflasche und mehr schluckt der Gute ohne Probleme. Auch der Tragekomfort ist, dank der gut gepolsterten Träger, stehts gegeben und weiß dabei auch noch optisch zu gefallen aus. Zudem bietet er oben noch zwei sperate Täschchen, die jeweils von mir mit Handy und MP3 gefüllt sind. Der Stoff ist weich, um ein verkratzen der Oberfläche der empfindlichen Geräte zu vermeiden. Für mich der beste Rucksack, den ich bis dato besessen habe und daher uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung.
