Are finished products heat resistant?

I dont believe that any resin is heat resistant. I would place it or use any near open flame. Now, with that said there are molds that are designed where you can use tea candles in them. I use them and they are safe. But with anything else when a heat source get close to the resin it becomes soft and pliable. I would not recommend other than than a designed mold specifically for holding a tea candle or something.like that.

Can it be mixed with spray paint and inks?

I have never heard of mixing spray paint but inks, mica powders, acrylic paint, pigment paste is all great in it just nothing water based

Is this product good for kitchen sink counter tops?

We used on kitchen table top worked great!!
