You can drop these in hot water. Silicone is really easy to clean. They have texture and bumps to keep the interest of your baby. They are not as nicely made as some I have with multiple colors. They also seem to be made a little bit thinner and thus have a more flimsy feel. But they are cute chickens and they service the purpose.
