Wooden Cat House Enclosed Large Space Cage Indoor with Scratching Post and Lockable Wheels Double Layer with Escape Door

My senior cat has developed some litter box issues so I got a cheap wire cage last year to prevent accidents when I’m not home. However her “starter home” has started to fall apart so this was a needed upgrade. So far she loves it!Pros:- Very good quality wood/materials- Complicated/tedious to assemble BUT the instructions are straightforward & all the parts are marked clearly- Love the extra bells & whistles like the built-in scratching post and door flap with 4 lock settings- Decently roomy and sturdy for my 10lb cat- Fair price compared to similar productsCons:- The wood is unfinished! Beware of splinters during assembly. I also applied some contact paper on the bottom level to protect the wood from any accidents.- The lower platform is not sturdy at all so I had to put a box underneath it for extra support.Overall this product is a great concept that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else, even at popular pet retailers like Chewy. Most of the features were well thought-out and have greatly improved my senior kitty’s quality of life.

Cage is decent. Sturdy & looks nice. Only downfall was that the instructions were not very clear, & we believe some of the steps could have been done in a different order. Overall, I would recommend.

ok so the install was kind of wacky. no instructions so they had to email them to us. the doors didn't line up so we had to fix that, a bar was bent and the cat door didn't work. however 5 stars because this thing is classy looking for a cat condo, customer service was top knot. sent us a new cat door, refund a portion for the bent wire and was extremely helpful with questions. we needed something temporary to transition our kittens after we brought them home and give a safe spot away from dogs. we only kept them in here while not in the RV. We got mainecoon kittens so they have already pretty much outgrown this but we will use it a while for feeding and they still lounge in it although never locked up anymore we just keep a door propped open. However they figured out that cat door in less then a day. This is definitely a nice product and I would recommend and buy again.

What sold this for me is the beautiful wood and the small wire spacing, so kittens can't escape. My issues are:1. Since the surfaces are wood it's harder to clean.2. I wish there was a door just on top to contain kittens. When I open either of these full length doors the kittens can escape while I'm cleaning litterboxes or introducing food and water.3. I am pretty good at assembling, but it took me a couple of hours to get this together and it still needs quite a bit of work to finish.It's very pretty but I didn't carefully consider it's use for a litter of kittens. The quality and speed of delivery are great.

Great quality and wasn’t very difficult to put together but my cat cannot figure out how to go in or out the pet door so we just leave the big door open most of the time so she can go in and out. She loves climbing up the scratcher that leads to the top level. We couldn’t fit either of the pet beds we bought in so we put a blanket on the top level instead. We were able to fit food and water dishes on the level with the scratchers. Then we have a litter box on the bottom level. You likely are going to want to put something in under any food/water dishes and under the litter box because it will make a bit of a mess on the wood.

I think this is a great product, and doesn’t deserve the criticism it’s getting. The only non pre-drilled holes that are present are for the optional wheels (which I did). I will crack if you’re not careful (or don’t follow the instructions) then yes, wood may crack- I decided to add extra supports to the box since I didn’t add the bottom shelf and well, I cracked the box. It still works and is sturdy but that’s on me. The smaller one is /quite small/ but needed for the space it has to fit in.Mines currently undecorated but I ordered a smaller litterbox, hanging bowls, and a small bed for the hidey hole and will update the photos once I have it all in.While the quality isn’t fantastic, it’s a cheaper product (compared to spending $1000+ on a catio) but it works for what I need, and if you’re searching for it it should work for what you need.In regards to the instructions: there are no words, just labels of you need ___ items and it shows you where to install them, DONT RUSH or you may do the wrong thing (like me)Overall though I think it’s a good item and as advertised.

I ordered this right before we moved for a place for our cat to stay at our temporary living arrangement. It arrived without the roof piece (Part C) and several missing screws. We had to use spare wood pieces around the house to make a roof to keep her contained. The doors are flimsy, and I need to Bungie them closed to make sure she can't push her way out. It is cute and a decent size for one cat. If I didn't need it, I would return it for a refund. Their listed price of $299, even with a $30 coupon, is not worth it in my opinion. Very disappointed that the parts didn't all arrive.

This is perfect for my cat. Straight forward instructions and a quality product. Would recommend to a friend.
