I bought this because my work [cowboy] hat had seen its better days. Well, after receiving this - and wearing it once or twice while working - my wife told me what I had been thinking: "the hat is too nice to wear as a work hat". So I bought another hat that's lower quality than this one (more suited as a work hat) and this has worked its way into my 3-hat dress rotation - that is now 4 hats.It looks great and it's the most comfortable cowboy hat I've ever worn.
