Great baking and cooling racks. I use these in my regular oven.
These baking racks work as advertised. I don't have a Sunflair oven; I got these because they have a thinner grid than the other 3-tiered stacking racks I saw on Amazon. I use the racks both as cooling racks and as baking racks. These are much better than baking sheets for baking kale chips that are nice and crispy. I guess the air circulating beneath them really helps.I like the space-saving feature of the cooling racks being stackable. The stacks are a bit short (which is good, so you can fit at least 2 stacks in the oven if you want). But that makes it sort of inconvenient to stack them first and then slide baked goods onto the middle and lower racks, so consider putting one down, filling it up, and _then_ stacking another one on top of it, filling it up, and then stacking the third one on top. (Simple solution, but I didn't think of it the first few times I used it. :) )Mine came with one of the folding legs unattached from one of the racks, but my husband was able to coax it back on. I couldn't get it on, even with a set of pliers, but he figured out a way to do it. I think he used a scissors, slid it between an opening in the leg that needed to be wider, and gently opened the scissors to push the pieces apart. Then he could reattach the leg to the rack. I hope that helps anyone else who might get one with an unattached leg. With the smaller grid compared to other racks, less food falls through. Because of that, they are possibly a little harder to clean than other racks, but they aren't really that hard to clean. You might miss a spot if you aren't paying attention, but it doesn't seem to take a lot of scrubbing to get food off.If you need baking or cooling racks and want to get stackable ones to save space, I highly recommend this set.

Space saving
I bought these back in 2016 to replace my older standard cooling racks. I owned one rack that had the cross hatched wiring and I loved it, but I would have to take up a lot of valuable space spreading racks all over the kitchen when I was doing mass baking or Christmas cookies, etc. I got these because they stack. You can use them with the legs folded or unfolded. Folded is obviously better for flatter items such as cookies. I use them to cool double batches of muffins, cookies, etc. They work like a charm. I even used them to make jerky in my oven. I recently used one to expand the room in my smoker as I had a lot of meat and not enough space. I am seriously thinking of buying another set strictly for jerky making. They can be a little tough to clean meat and marinade off of.

Great for dehydrating in the oven
I just bought a new Samsung gas range and it has this wonderful feature for dehydrating food at 100°F - 150°F. These racks work wonderfully for placing sliced fruits on to dehydrate. 3 levels stacked on each other gives me 4 levels on which to place sliced fruits for drying. I place them on the bottom oven rack and there's still room to place my two remaining oven racks for a total of 6 levels of drying. They are a good size and I especially like the grid layout so fruits don't jump overboard like the tend to slip off the parallel lines baking racks. These fit either width-wise or length-wise in my oven so I have room to place some side by side. I might get another set just so I can dehydrate more product at once. These stack nicely on top of each other, are stable and offer plenty of clearance. I discovered that they stack nicely with the legs retracted as well. This is useful for thin slices that don't require much clearance. So it's conceivable for me to fit 4 sets of these in my dehydrating oven at once, giving a grand total of 10 surfaces to place drying fruits. I appreciate the versatility though I doubt I'll be getting 4 sets in the near future unless I find myself dehydrating lots if produce. Now 2 sets, I can justify.Anyway, I recommend these sturdy, well fashioned racks for cooling baked goods or for dehydrating produce in your oven.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Pros:+cross grid design means food doesn't fall through+stackable so cookies don't need to take up all my counter space to cool+easy to stack+can be used in the oven as well as a crisper rack+fits in/on one standard cookie sheet+neutral colour (to be fair, I love bright pops in the kitchen , but this is a standard use item and really doesn't need a fashion colour coming into play.)+set of three!+value for moneyCons:-not that easy to clean especially if they get globbed by meat, but that's to be expected.I suppose they would do ok in a dishwasher, but the one in my rental is fairly useless as per usual with apartments (even after a deep clean and tune-up), but I would be concerned that it would lead to rust spots over time--there are a lot of joints. I didn't think it would be easy to clean from roasts, so I'm ok with that. I light pass with hot soapy water and a rinse will do for after use of cookie cooling.

They do the job
These are very functional and I like them a lot when they’re holding all my baked goods. The legs have no resistance though so they flip around and are a little hard to put away or place on the counter because they can buckle or flip . Nonetheless, they do their job, stack efficiently, and the size of the mesh is perfect for small items, cookies, and larger items too. Easy to clean too.

great for a small space or *lots* of baking
I love that these stack and I can set it up on a small area of counter without giving up a lot of table or kitchen space! They feel very solid and easily survived the dishwasher without discoloration. I wish there was an easier way to stack these for storage; even with the legs folded they take up about 5x more space than my legless cooling racks... but that's still only 2-3" so it's not exactly a huge deal. I work from the middle out so I can add more cookies to the edge after stacking on the next rack - that way I don't have to worry about smushing the last batch when I add a new rack on top. Going to get another set for all the holiday baking!
