Just a nice razor blade holder.
This Doesn't need explanation on how this works. It's a replacement for my old Gillette fusion 2 razor blade holder "the release button jammed " 10+ year's old . Haven't used it yet, but I will write a report when I do . But overall view of the item it looks nice with a rubberized handle offering better grip and control.

HANDLE WITH CARE
I Had bought the cartridges for this handle 2 days before i bought the handle that said it would fit the cartridges I got,,, and in a manner of speaking it fits the blade that came with it but when i tried to fit the other cartridge i bought? the 2 little lugs stayed firm after that??? would not even catch the cartridge that came with it? so now i have the handle that won't work and the cartridges i bought 2 days ago are of no use to me. Now i have a handle that seized and blades that can't shave LOL WON'T BE BUYING THESE AGAIN.

Yes I am very pleased with the razor 🪒, I have been using these razors for years, arrived on time and was well packed, it is excellent and I'll enjoy shaving with it.

It fits contour plus blades
I like that it fits my contour plus blades, it’s a bit flimsy so be careful putting the blade on and off, and obviously not as good as the original handle but for the price I can’t complain.

Fits the Contour Plus Blades perfectly
I have been looking for a no-frill, re-usable double bladed razor for a while - I cant be bothered (or afford) these 4, 5, 6 or more bladed systems where a pack of 4 cartridges costs almost the same a small family hatchback. I used to have a Gillette Contour Plus razor back in the day and was hopeful that this product lived up to the description that it accepts those cartridges. I'm pleased to confirm it does take Contour blades without any problem at all.I can now have a comfortable shave again without spending a small fortune. The only very minor niggle is that it doesn't come with a stand/holder like the old Contour Plus used to (the grey plastic tray that used to hold the blades underneath).
