I ❤️ This bidet!!! Now, to be clear, I’ve never had one before nor have I ever used one before, to compare this one to, but wow!!! Also I’ve only had it about 3-4 weeks. But This is totally awesome! Truly the best thing since sliced bread!The most complicated part of the install is probably the seat it’s self, but even that is totally do-able. I did have to call in a plumber for the connection to the water source at the wall, but that’s only because I didn’t have the right tool &/or the blessed hand strength to unscrew the existing water line. Im sure most people can handle that, my connection was kinda old & set in its way. . I do have electricity close enough to the toilet so I didn’t need an extension cord, but at some point I want to get another outlet installed rt next to the toilet where it’s needed for this.Overall I’m very happy that I chose this exact bidet for several reasons... I love the easy to read handheld remote, I can’t even imagine trying to control any bidet with controls at your side & behind you. Saying that thou, this bidet actually also has some controls to the back and left side of the seat (left as when your sitting on it). I haven’t used that feature but they are there for those that would like that option or maybe if you’ve misplaced the remote!A few things that I didn’t see in some of the other reviews that I read.... Is when you signal for the water to wash you it actually runs for a continuous 90 seconds with the option of 3 different water pressure settings, I prefer the softest setting on this, I find the stronger settings, for me, to be a little bit stingy, perhaps I’m a little bit sensitive. Being a woman I did try the front cleanse feature on this too and it’s nice. Thou, I was somehow under the impression, of my own making, that it was another little water spout that came out from the front of the seat back towards you, it’s not. It’s the same one that cleanses your hiney you just have to adjust it to the furthest reaching point and maybe lean forward a bit for it to reach those lady parts & it does. Maybe that also has to do with the ergonomics of how tall or petite you are, I don’t know.As far as the heat settings of the water I can’t tell you much there, I like it on the cooler side as I’m in South Central Texas & I have hot flashes. Maybe next winter it’ll come in handy when the water is colder. But since everything else works like it said it would, I imagine, that it actually is continuous warm water for the whole 90 seconds.There is a soft gentle dryer on this bidet with 3 different heat settings (not strength settings) and it runs for a total length of 5 minutes. Which in that amount of time it probably does leave you dry. I however don’t have the patience to sit there that long, so I do still use toilet paper for drying purposes only. For those potty readers out there, hey take advantage of that feature too, I’m sure it’s lovely. Since I personally find that the water feature totally cleans me 100% I’m not sure why some said they still need to use toilet paper, unless like me it’s for drying. thou, I will say, at first, I maybe had like one time that I wasn’t left 100% clean, but I think that was probably more user error. But it seems to me that the whole paper usage is way, way down because of the pleasurable water cleansing... Added bonus, I never need to use those moist toilet wipes anymore, I’m sure the plumbing/water works gods are pleased about that! & So is my pocket book!One other thing about this bidet is it feels like 100% quality! It is solid! It is solid plastic but it’s still quite nice. The lid has that soft close feature & it certainly feels strong enough to sit on when the lid is down. Excellent product. Simple to use, works well, and gets the job done. Has all the basic features at half the price of some of the fancier models. Very pleased. Installation is simple (15 minutes) , but requires a few tools and a bit of gymnastics for an old guy. Don't know why I did not buy it sooner!

The design is appealing; no hard corners and it fit our elongated toilet perfectly. The seat is very comfortable. Numerous useful remote control features include seat and water heating, choices of spray intensity and position, drying blower fan, deodorizer and an eco setting. There are less extensive controls mounted directly on the unit. In addition to the deodorizer, the blower is the least useful feature unless you have a lot of free time to spend sitting around. Installation was not difficult and took less than 20 minutes. All installation hardware included. The electrical cord is relatively short at 3-4 feet so a grounded electrical outlet should be nearby. The unit functions very well and is sturdy. Toilet tissue is really only needed to complete drying. The experience is much more hygienic than tissue alone. 3 year warranty. Very satisfied with purchase.

Kudo’s to the seller, “DiscountDeals”, I ended up purchasing the item open boxed and returned. I misunderstood and thought I was purchasing the item brand new, never unboxed. So when it showed up at my house, and I seen what was delivered, I was not very happy. The seller was very honest, they could have chosen to be misleading and they where not, they answered the question that I asked them, which I will leave between the two of us. Their answer gave me reassurance and so I moved forward and installed this item on my toilet. I cleaned the item very throughly, and then a second time very very throughly, until I felt ok with using the item. I am never going back to toilet paper again, in fact I absolutely hate having to use public toilets or ones at my work place. This is so much better for myself and I see improvements in my health. Like most have said, the fan leaves a little to be desired, and I have to take a small piece of paper and dry myself but I’m ok with that. And I love knowing that I don’t have toilet paper going into my septic tank and possibly causing trouble on down the road.There was two items missing from the package, the battery’s that go into the remote, and three zip ties that help secure the power cord and the water supply line together to make things look nice (which I could not of used anyways). I had battery’s around my home and I didn’t need the zip ties, so I save quite a bit of money accidentally purchasing open boxed, which at first I was uncomfortable with but now, I like that I save some money and I am seeing health benefits from this bidet. So if your on the fence about buying a bidet, do it, just do it, you will not regret your purchase.

I am so happy with this purchase, I purchased two of them as our Christmas gift. I had been looking for a bidet that was was easy to install and that I could get warm water. This is the one! No need to attach it to the hot water output, IT warms the water. We had to get a different length hose because we have a tall toilet but other than that, it is easy to install.I waited 6 months to write the review, I am very happy with the performance. There is a bit of water splashing due to the fact that the nozzle may not go out far enough and I have to move way back on the seat, but we are petite and may be the reason why. But I just do a quick wipe after every use and may be the reason cleaning is a breeze. And for us a hand towel (tushie towel!) is all we need.I highly recommend it, batteries are still working. How did I live without it? going in other places feels strange and I miss my bidet.

So pleased with our purchase. Easy install. Everything we needed to connect was in the box, plus a 3 year warranty is a bonus. Fast delivery through Amazon. It will take you a few tries to get things right but once you do you too will become a bidet snob. lol. Remote is easy to read which is very important to me. Enjoy, you won’t be sorry.
