I’ve read a lot about Dr. Sebi and wanted to try this out. He says a lot of sicknesses start in the gut. Look how science is now backing that assumption. These are easy to swallow and works well for me. There are no weird flavors or aftertaste either. It’s really a Great product! I have had no ill effects from taking these.

This cleanse has a decent list of ingredients that are usually found in a good detox. I wish there was a better idea of how much of each is in there. I have been using it for a month now and I haven't had any adverse effects from the product. The down side is I haven't really seen any positive effects either. I think I just may be one of those people that this one doesn't work for.

This contains some of the necessary ingredients for a detox but many seem to ones that solely help stimulate a bowel movement-which-sure, is helpful, but I feel there needs to be more herbs aimed at the liver and kidneys.I’d prefer to see each ingredient listed in accordance to weight and have that clearly stated as I feel it’s a little ambiguous the way it’s represented on the label.I’ve been taking for several days and am noticing better bowel movements but nothing else so far.

I like this. These pills are very easy to swallow and I take 2 in the morning. I like all the ingredients in here and the supplements in here as well. They help with my digestion. I would recommend.

I like to do a cleanse every few months to rid my body of toxins. I thought this would be a great supplement for that, as it contains many of the ingredients that I’ve used in the past, plus a few extra. However, I’ve taken it every night for nine days, and have not had any results.I wish the bottle listed the amount of each ingredient, because it’s really hard to know exactly what you’re getting, when it only lists the total amount of all ingredients.The capsules are regular size, as you can see in the photo. They’re easy to swallow, and don’t have a bad aftertaste. I haven’t had any adverse side effects, but haven’t noticed any difference in my digestive system, or elimination. This isn’t a product that I would recommend for a cleanse.
