Wasn’t expecting much because the name brand robotic cleaners are about 3 times the price but this really does the job! Even climbs the walls. Leaves, debris, even a small dead rodent swept up.My pool is 17x36 feet and it can easily clean it on one charge.If you use it when first opening your pool, and the water is really cloudy, tie a float to it! I lost mine for about a week until my pool cleared up enough to locate it, lol

Can't get intouch with the manufacturer, item is no longer working and it's only been 6 months. What a waste of money and ofcourse Amazon is no help. Manufacturer isn't responding to emails.. save your money and go with a reputable manufacturer you can actually get in contact with.

The charging port posts decayed after 7 months so I was unable to charge as normal. Even though there is a 24 month warranty the company has been totally unresponsive to my inquiries. I would suggest finding another vendor that has even a minimal amount of customer service. The unit works well, but for what I paid I would expect more. I probably have a brick now, but I would not want anyone to make the same mistake.

I bought this product less that a year ago. Very happy with its performance. Until, the charging unit contacts that plug into the pool vacuum came apart, and now I can no longer charge the vacuum.This is depressing.

I felt like it might help to review this robot, I know I read lots of reviews when I’m trying to decide on a product. So …. I am pleasantly impressed with the quality and performance so far! It cleaned my 18x24 in ground pool great! Went up the steps all the way to the water line at the top scrubbing and cleaning the whole way! Picked up small rocks (grandchildren 😂) and a couple of marbles. Cleaning was a breeze compared to my older pricey robot. It ran about 2 hours and I would say it never lost its power until it stopped. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. I would have given it 5 stars but I’ve only used it a few times! So I will update again if I find any issues!!
