SunwiseWaterloo Photochromatic & Polarised Sunglasses Chrome

I can't say that I'm particularly fussy about my requirements for sunglasses - They need to have arms that are easy to open and put on so that I can put them on one-handed whilst driving and they need to stop me squinting. In the first respect, these are fine, nice light arms, seem very constructed and I don't think will break off easily. The whole frame is very light and strong, you will hardly notice you're wearing them, which is nice. However, they are terrible at cutting sunlight.. they just aren't dark enough. Even on overcast/moderately sunny days, I found myself still having to squint. I wonder if the photochromatic lens don't work properly, because even holding them up to the bright sun, the don't seem to go noticeably darker at all.

Bought these as replacement of the same lost during Summer. The product delivered is not quite what was described: wrong colour, no interchangeable lenses. Fortunately, I only wanted the photochromic lenses but those don't seem to be as reactive as those I had (which were the same make and model). Cheap and useable so won't return them but avoid this vendor in the future.

No problem at all with company who I bought then from (they were excellent), but BIG issue with the actual Sunwise product. Had previous model (chromofusion 1.0 Light levels 1-3) for circa 4/5years but the new lenses just cannot cope with bright sunlight anywhere near as well as the old pair. Contacted Sunwise and was told they changed manufacturer for the lenses and have now focused more on concentrating on the changes in light from a low level. So in short perfect for normal UK weather, but if going on holiday abroad or when the sun appears in the UK - no use at all. As I say, no issue with the company I bought them from, they have delivered as promised would use them again no problem.

Wrong product delivered, I’d ordered Chrome with red lenses, Black with smoke lenses arrived. The fit was good, the lenses are rubbish. There is no change in the lens between any changing light conditions, from indoors to bright sunshine, nothing! They came highly recommend by a serial marathon runner, so I had every confidence they would be good. Unfortunately I’ve either received a duff pair, a cheap knock off or they are just plain rubbish. I am left disappointed and looking for some good running glasses. Personally I’ll be giving SunWise a wide berth 😟

I've wanted a pair of reactive sunglasses for cycling and running in British conditions for a while. Most are too expensive, so I gave these a try and I'm glad I did. They're light, stable and comfortable, and work well. I have much more expensive Oakley shades that aren't as comfortable and are often too dark, so these are by far my most used pair.

Very happy with my Sunwise glasses. Hardly know I am wearing them they fit so well and I play golf wearing them!

i like the style of these glasses, but no t impress by there ability to keep ou the suns rays, could not drive with these on,

Comfortable and look great. Stop insects and change to reflect light changes on my bike.
