Giant Paper Potter

Bought this for my dad who is a keen gardener and has 2 allotments. He LOVES it! Its really easy to use, is a great quality item (you can see it'll last forever) and is such a smart investment if you do lots of gardening. All you need is some newspaper and you can create great sized pots for seedlings. When they're ready to plant, you just pop them in the ground, without having to remove the paper. Great! And eco-friendly too.All his friends are after one now!

Didn't get with it

I already had one of the smaller paper potters which worked OKOn this one the bottom was no finished off very well. It was rough on the bottom base and around the edge. The centre core was also VERY rough which tended to tear the pot. 15 min's with a piece of sandpaper sorted it out BUT you should not have to do this on something that cost's £15. Poor Q.C.After sorting out rough edges and faces works well.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my Mum who is a keen gardener and recycler. She loved the concept! The potter is very tactile, solid and nicely finished. The one thing I was disappointed with was the packaging which was slightly inadequate as when opened, the potters outer box looked battered. Would still recommend.

I already had the small paper potter and decided to purchase the larger one for potting on. The larger one is just as good as the smaller one in quality. Be careful first when making the pots as too much pressure can result in the bottom of the paper tearing as the edge is quite sharp. Makes good sized pots quickly and economically.

I had seen this when I went on a course from work. It's really good and simple to use. Adults and children really enjoy making their pots. Its well made and packaging and delivery was excellent,

Good design & easy to use but I was sent one with a crack in it

I have now bought 2 of these paper potters after a family member threatened to steal mine! This giant potter makes great sized pots for geranium cuttings, sewing all sorts of seeds etc. How did I manage before I had one???? This is a must-have bit of kit for any gardener and will be used time and time again.
