Avoid at all costs
I purchased a gaming laptop which I thought was for a good price with really high specs. The laptop arrived in a few days as I knew it would be coming from China. It broke down after day 2 of using it. I contacted the seller who agreed to return it and send me a new one. They later said that the hard disk was burned out. The second laptop arrived and this had the exact same issue, I returned it and this time asked to get a refund. This is when the seller refused and in the end I had to get my money back from Amazon's A to Z guarantee.From previous reviews, I can see that this is something that has happened to others too. Avoid them at all costs as they sell you faulty goods and refuse to provide a refund.

Aspettato un mese prima di riceverlo, quando mi è arrivato, l'ho acceso, sorpresa, era in lingua US, la tasiera completamente inglese, ho dovuto scaricare la lingua in italiano, ma i tasti della tastiera sono rimasti con simboli in inglese ed in dotazione c'erano lettere adasive; per un lapdop di potenza eccezionale ed anche ben fatto, il produttore avesse aggiunto invece dei caratteri adesivi, una membrana layout in italiano che appoggiata sopra tutti i tasti sarebbe stata anche antipolvere.Pertanto, nelle caratteristiche e stile sono 5 stelle, ma nella valutazione complessiva visto il particolare descritto riservo 3 stelle.
