Good quality, easy to use and register. Fits most of my parcels though odd occasion delivery has been rammed in and not dropped down. Get 2 sets of keys so other half has spare set of 3. Only thing I don't get with this is why there's 2 doors. It can only go on wall one way as only one set slots so why bother putting in 2 doors is beyond me. Delivery drivers can find it though and do use it so absolute bonus.

Upon reading other reviews, I noticed that some of the negative reviews were about things that were out of the seller's control, such as being hard to install. Fitting four bolts is only hard if you don't know how to do it; the seller is selling a postal box, not providing installation. I decided to give it a try and hope for the best as this one seemed like the best of the available bunch. It came 2 days later. It was very well packed. The product is made of around the same thickness of material you would see on commercial drop-off boxes around local high streets, and installation could not have been easier. definitely a great and secure buy, and this is coming from someone who installs security equipment for a living

Perfect for letters and parcels - capacious

Assembled when arrived. Sturdy and lovely colour too. It looks good outside the house. All your deliveries such as letters and package are really great. Water dorsnt go inside at its built properly.

Box is great.however delivery drivers kept saying I wasn't in when I'd taken the week off work to install it.And another problem is now delivery drivers still fail to see it and constantly throwing parcels at the front door and walk away still.When all goes well large parcels can fit in it I've had 1kg protein in packing boxes fit.Easy to use keeps parcels dry and safe. When it's used.When it's use incorrectly you can come home to find envelopes or the delivery door still open.I'm now gone as far to install cctv just to catch the bad delivery drivers.

After installing an electric gate to our house drive, we needed to buy this box and install it in front of the house as we receive a lot of Amazon parcels. Box was delivered quickly and easy to install by our handyman. Box isn't big enough for 50% of our Amazon parcels as they love shipping oversized boxes full of fresh air so it's not a brilliant solution, but it's workable for us. My only concern is that the metal box is quite lightweight and I think it is powder-coated in black paint, time will tell as to how weatherproof this is in the long term.

Great box but did let heavy rain, mine is built through a wall so I used real slate to shed the water from the front and back. The combination lock packed up after 3 months, it kept losing the preselected number so I stick with the key hatch at the back. The drop box is a good size and Has taken shoe boxes easily but when full of parcels, small arms can reach in to squeeze out letters sitting on top of these parcels.None of the delivery companies to use it so far, that I have spoken with, use the barcode facility on the inside of the cover as proof of delivery.I live in a low crime area and so this drop box is still a good purchase and is enough to stop an opportunist thief.

Thick enough material. Well made big enough for most parcels. Works well. Quite easy to install just need deep socket set though

Do not buy products from this seller, They have been cheating customer by sending defective products, the product is heavy and it will mostly be not possible for a customer to return.Avoid buying products from Homescapes at all cost.Regards

un packaging de qualité une boite aux lettres facile a installer qui prend bien les colis, mon seul reproche la kon traduction en francais et un pass la poste manquant pour le lock, plutot fragile. Maintenant fixee au sol elle bouge plus et fait son petit effet. A voir dans le temps :)
