I received my 8 channel system a few days ago and have so far set up 5 cameras. Setup was flawless for the cameras that are in-range, they just appeared by themselves after a few seconds.Had a little trouble setting the repeater function for the two that weren't in-range. The supplied "manual" is very limited, but there's plenty of info on YouTube. Once I viewed a video there that explained the process in English, it went very well. The system's video pictures are super clear both day and night. Daytime video distance reaches out several hundred yards while still being clear/in focus. The cameras show a very wide field of view although the edges start to "fisheye". Forget the IP Pro phone app. Totally useless as it only works the first time you use it. Read the reviews for it in Play Store, the majority of them say the same thing...sadly I found them to be accurate.Apart from the phone app, I'm very satisfied with this system and would highly recommend it!Update‐ I had problems with the DVR unit after using it for about 16 months. The customer service was stellar! Kiki had me reflash the software. When that didn't help, she shipped a new unit. Thank You Kiki!

If your easily frustrated by electronics spend the money and get a better brand. They are easy to install and to adjust. Not too bad of a picture either. There isn't much tech support to answer questions so I just hooked one up and played with it then hooked up the rest. For the price you can't complain tbh. Comes with everything you need to always have your house monitored and to easily access the footage. I set ours up so I got 2 weeks of video at all times.

I work in IT as a software dev and this system is absolute crap. If you are in the mood to dump some cash, please look into your local charity because the $$$ will help them but not you if you buy this POS. Can't even see the camera when they are in the same freaking room as a part of troubleshooting. Changed routers and got $300 Asus Router and bobkus. Of-course the network is hidden. If you say, "well, you have hidden network Sir, that's obviously will not work", then I will call that person insane. Changed the channels on the router but nothing worked. Checked for interference and everything looks A OK, still this CCTV does not work.

The NVR WiFi is horrible. It’s range is literally 30 feet. I’m going to research more and see if I can improve this. If not I may return for a refund. Will update after some research.

Both cameras I used outdoors died within 90 days. They we're under my carport and not subjected to the elements directly. These are supposed to be waterproof but couldn't even handle Florida humidity.

We bought these cameras in February and they are useless the app that goes with them for your phone does not work ...ever and you can’t get any technical support. I wish we could get a refund I definitely would buy something else.. I cannot get a hold of the manufacturer for technical help

System easy to install and configure. Had to use a wired camera for a camera for the one too far away and it was also easy to configure. I had an issue of forgetting my admin password and tech support got me a temporary password quickly which allowed me to reset it. Called on a Sunday and got a call back with the solution the next day.

I found this unit as advertised. I have set up several units over he years for myself, friends and family. This was the fastest. I was up and running in just a few hours. My time was spent putting cameras all over and hiding the electrical cords.
