Nice size for personal use
This is a nice little package for personal use. I like it. The mat comes rolled, so you'll want to leave that on a flat surface with something on it to flatten it out -- don't want to have parts sliding off the edges. It also comes with an ESD-safe outlet plug adapter, a set of ESD gloves, and an ESD discharging wrist strap.I like it!

Good choice for PC building and repair
The rubber mat may not be large enough for everyone but it works on my desk space just perfectly. There are two locations that you can attach the anti-static cable. There are two ways to connect the wrist strap for grounding. You plug the wrist grounding cable directly into the grounding block that plugs into the wall OR you can plug it into the grounding strap for the mat. I really love the fact you can plug it into the grounding strap for the mat. Other anti-static wrist straps I've used in the past did not give you the length you can reach with this kit. The wrist strap is made of rubber or silicon, not really sure. It was comfortable to wear for long periods of time, I nearly forgot I had it on. The mat does have a bit of a smell that I assume will fade over time. There are included gloves that have a slight rubber tip to them. They claim to be "large" but feel more like a medium. Overall it is a great kit for the price. Does not come with all the extras that some of the others do but has all the basics you need for most electronic and PC repair.

Complete Antistatic Setup!
Set comes complete with a nice length of mat. Includes everything you need to keep static free and also includes a set of gloves (sized Large). Nice flexibility to attach the strap to the outlet module or the mat itself. Plenty of mat real estate provides a nice solid work area.

Nice kit, but the gloves aren't the size marked
The media could not be loaded. Overall a very useful kit, as demonstrated in my video. I think the mat's width is key, and the ability to tap into a grounded outlet was perfect for my setup. One shortcoming is the gloves, which are definitely not large, though mine are labeled as such. I don't recall the ad showing XLs, but it does now that I look. I received Ls (though in reality, I didn't). The only other way to improve the system would be if the plug-in module could confirm that it's seeing ground so you don't use it unwittingly on an ungrounded outlet, but presumably doing so would require live line and neutral prongs rather than the plastic locator pins, and that causes other potential problems the product developers would probably rather avoid.
