Trial 1 Box set of joiners tools

This item arrived early. It's in a lovely presentation box. The tools look lovely. It's a present so haven't been used yet

Bought this set as replacement for old site kit that was well past its best.All of the contents are beautifully made and perfectly precise.Checked the square using a surface table and set edge (which is checked yearly and never been out) and it was utterly correct.Same for the mitre gauge.Only very very tiny niggle was the making knife had a small burr on the tip and the mortice gauge needs some wax and use to loosen up, but i guess i'm still used to my old sloppy one.

Well worth the money. Very high quality, and will last me until retirement. I'm going to be buying a set for my wife as well, as we're both so impressed with the quality.

Excellent quality marking and setting out set at a good price. Ideal as a present for someone taking carpentry or joinery seriously. No issues.

This toolbox is so poorly manufactured all of the tool, the Brass and Walnut just do not marry up , it so sad that a name like this have comprised on the brand quality
