Lion Mane is used as a medicinal mushroom and is said to support healthy brain function and neuron generation. It is considered a Nootropic mushroom.What I like:The tincture is organic and made in the USA.It does not contain any fillers or preservatives.The only other ingredients are organic vegetable glycerin and water.The product is third party lab tested for efficacy and purity.However, I was not able to ascertain whether this mushroom extract is derived from the fruiting body or the mycelium. You want the fruiting body for higher efficacy and quality. There is also no indication as to what the extraction process is.The taste is slightly sweet from the glycerin. I am tolerating this tincture without any side effects. However everybody is different.As with any supplement, it is a good idea to do your own research first. Please check for any drug interactions, and consult with your healthcare professional.
