Kikkerland Battery Morph Coffee Mug

Cute little mug, I ordered this one as a replacement for my last one that died after a trip through the dishwasher.This one holds a spot in my heart within my collection of mugs, mainly because of how much I love the simplicity and execution of the design. It's very reminiscent of the Legend of Zelda heart, though I suppose it could apply to any pixel heart design in gaming.Good mug, works like you'd expect it to. The color-change dye is rather responsive and resilient, so long as you keep it out of the dishwasher! Very important that doesn't happen, otherwise the dye gets overwhelmed and loses its color-change capability. Still, I won't fault this mug for that flaw since it was entirely my fault lol.Great gift, and great for coffee/tea/cocoa/whatever else. I sometimes like to use mugs for holding milk while I eat cookies. Good stuff.

We love this mug! The temp on the heart still works after a year of use and the mug is still in mint condition (no staining or peeling of the heart). The mug doesn't retain heat as much as I would like but I'm pretty sure that is standard for this style of mug and not a fault of the manufacturer. I would recommend this mug to anyone else looking for something fun and neat that actually works and will continue to work.

I can't remember exactly why I ended up throwing this away, but I believe the decal started separating from the cup, or it had imbedded contamination inside that I didn't want touching my drink so I pitched it about a month of receiving it.

The mug WAS super cute. Unfortunately, it came shipped with a sticker overlapping the graphic that didn't come off very well. Scrubbing the sticker residue destroyed the graphic. On the bright side(?!), you can hit it with a heat gun (or probably microwave or dishwasher) to get the rest of the graphic off. Now we have an overpriced white mug instead. There's got to be a better way to manufacture this?

It's totally adorable and works well but when I first opened it the protective coating was already peeling and since then has peeled further, without me touching it with much more than hot water. For such an expensive mug I expected better quality, however it is still worth it for such a cool mug

I had purchased one of these before. Moved and it was broken. I found this exact replacement on Amazon and it was shipped and received in a timely manner. It did not have any chips or nicks in it. It was perfect and my wife loves it.

I was looking for a present for my boyfriend, who is an avid tea drinker, for Valentine's Day. However, I was skeptical. I couldn't believe that the mug would actually turn colors. When the mug arrived, I immediately tested it out. It changed right before my eyes and I was so pleased! I almost wanted to keep it for myself. (I just might buy myself one too). He's also a gamer, so the pixelated heart is a nice fit. It's a little pricey, but well worth it! This mug is an adorable way to show your love for someone (or yourself!).

We tested it and it does work with the microwave (it also didn't seem to damage it)But we're now a tad scared to use it too much, since the box says not to put it in it.It's a lovely mug though.

Che dire? Tazza termosensibile con batteria verde che sale, più bevi più ti si ricarica la batteria. Molto piacevole, fatta bene, ceramica di ottima qualità, ideale per un the del pomeriggio o caffelatte alla mattina, basta che sia bollente altrimenti la batteria non si carica. Ottimo come idea regalo, simpatica, l'ho cercata e adesso è mia. Feedback positivo 5 stelle.

Es ist ein ein wenig verspieltes Trinvergnügen, macht quasi einen zusätzlichen Augenschmaus. Es ist eine Freude zu schaun, wenn die tristen schwarzen Kreise zum bunten Blumenvergnügen erweckt werden.Auch eine nette Geschenkidee.
