Says 'Marines' on the front - this isn't shown in the pics.It's super basic - black felt type material. Decent mould.It is somewhat comfortable and provides adequate support for your ears. It does cut out a lot of sound - but I guess this is relatively normal for this item.I would buy a different option (maybe the Venom one)

great product in general, only the strap on the neck is a bit uncorftabble at the begining but you get used to it, didn't had any complains from training partners and it affects your hearing in a very low level.

After rolling for a week, the velcro at the chin all came out. Ended up having to saw it shut in position and using the other straps to put it on and off.

I hesitated initially to buy from amazon an ear guard as the available options are few with limited reviews.However I took the risk and the ear guard is just perfect!I use it for BJJ.(My ear already is half broken but lucky me didn't became this ugly monster kind of ear. So I run and bought this.)Some details:It has a low profile which means that you can still escape from headlocks, trinagle chokes, etc.It's material is soft on the outside of the ear so that your training partners will not have any problems.You place each strap inside the other and the straps are then tied together firmly. Finally, it locks down then by sticking the straps together with this special surface they have (I don't know how this is called in english).You can also hear pretty well when wearing these.P.S> I have small head but the size of the earguard is adjustable. So it was perfect fit at the end.

velcro is useless, badly stitched I think, lasted about 2 rolls.

these were for my son who is getting sore ears from doing BJJ and needed something to protect them before they became cauliflowered. Anyway these ear guards are great. It's a simple design but it works very well. They are sturdy and well made and easily adjustable to any size head. My son has a large head and we were concerned that a one size might be too tight but it works fine. Good purchase and drama free supplier.

really nice to have no fear about my ears when training with these bad boys.
