It’s beautiful. It works well. It’s quiet-ish (there’s not really much anyone can do about the sound of water warming up fast), certainly not louder than any average kettle anyway. I love the glass container and the white everything else. I like the shape. It’s pretty average for how fast it boils the water too. There’s a pretty blue light when it’s on. In the end, it does what electric kettles do. Nothing out of this world to declare.The only downside is that the cord to plug the kettle into the wall is black instead of white. Weird choice by the makers, especially since the point of buying a white kettle is.. well, for it to be white of course! So if you’re trying to match a kitchen with all light colours, maybe this will be a problem for you. In my case, I have other things in the kitchen with a black cord so it’s not the end of the world, but I was really hoping it would be entirely white, including the cord… oh well.

This teapot is as described, however it is a not lighter in weight which makes it feel like it won’t last very long. Good investment for the money, as it’s affordable..but I did return for something a bit more substantial in weight and quality.
