A friend got one of these and was pleased, so I bought one primarily to check blood sugar. I do not wear watched or jewelry of any kind but thought I would in this case. Operating instructions are less than adequate. Understanding and setting up the required H band app was just as frustrating. After many hours of working on the setup with my friends help, I was ready for action.I could go on and on with my frustrations with this watch...suffice it to say that I have taken probably 50 sugar readings over the past 2.5 days and they are all over the board. There seems to be no logic to the readings. This morning the watch read 136 but the app had 235...now where could the app get its' reading except from the phone??? This is not the first time for readings like this (more like 20-30).Every now and then I get a consistent reading and think I have it figured out. Noooo...and hour later the readings are as wacky as ever!Bottom line you just cannot rely on this watch to give you an accurate AND consistent reading on blood sugar.The only reason I give the review 2 stars is the other functions seem fairly accurate, but those are not why I bought the watch.BTW, I spent 2 hours trying to get the watch to re-pair with my phone. I do not wear the watch while sleeping and turn it off to save battery. When I turned it on this morning it would not pair...took me two hours and several attempts to pull out my remaining hairs, until I found a setting deep inside the app that mysteriously got turned off!If you buy this watch, be prepared to add 10 years to your age the first few days you own it!

At the start the setup was very confusing due to the full page ads that try to take over. Once I was able to bypass these ads the setup was very easy. The watch operated exactly as described, so far I would recommend this watch. Be sure to install the 'H Band' app from your Google or iPhone stores. Update August 16, 2023, the watch started acting irratic and I noticed that the stem was stuck in, I tried to gently pull it out and the knob came off, tried to attach but was unable, the watch would not take a charge and has failed to work. Doesn't seem to be very durable. 😔

In checking with a BP cup and O2 meter the readings are almost identicaL. It’s IP67 rated which is defined as “it has been tested to work for at least 30 minutes while under 15cm to 1m of water.” But it is not water proof. I only got it slightly wet washing my hands and it messed the screen up. It took about 3days to stop messing up. Over all performance it’s a good watch. I just have to be careful around water. At sometime I will buy a higher $ watch

after 2.5 weeks now battery doesn't last the day before charging is needed.so frustrating .option is needed for glucose conversion.would not buy again.

It keeps time, blood pressure, heart rate,blood oxygen level, texts & email great,But not blood glucose readings it's all over the place rather it is set on normal or personal blood glucose reading!!!

The blood glucose reading is so far off as to be a joke. I have compared it 3 time at different time of the day and on all three tests it was 40 to 50 points of as compared to a skin prick test. The other meters seem to be fairly close to instrument readings.

I was disappointed. I was hoping that this watch would be more accurate when I checked my blood glucose. I’m going to keep trying to understand the readings.

I love this watch. It gives my BP I always worried about. I thank this company in China for sending a fantastic watch. It so well. So thank you and AmazonMaybe my health will turn around.Dawn A
