The product is of superb quality. I believe The chair and the table is damaged while transport. The transport guys through this like garbage. Being these heavy units they should come with adequate manpower and handle with care.

This study table is based on sheesham wood and strong. But the handles are very pathetic condition, it doesn't have any spacer to add more grip to the handle. Also it doesn't have any door lock to keep the things safe.Also the magnet doesn't placed properly in the inner cabinets/partition.Wooden point product quality is not up to the mark. So better go with the local furniture shop and select the right study table.

When ordering, I liked the design of the table and thought that the table should be sturdy enough considering the limited options(other designs that were likely to have stability issue based upon my crude judgement) I have.Some observation.1. Finish is okay. As you would expect from any other wooden furniture.2. Fit: One of the joint is not well connected.3. Sturdiness: The table shakes sideways. If you keep the laptop and type faster you will feel the poor quality.4. Height: The table height is shorter than the standard table height. I believe they have measure the height including the top ledge instead of the main table height from the ground.4. Ergonomics: May be height will take time to get used to. I don't know what is the recommended height for work. Probably it should have been at-least 3 inches taller. The shaking is an issue I think will become chronic issue I would complain for the life time.5. Utility: This has no drawer. I didn't wanted one with drawer or even if there were, it should be been small one for working with laptop. But it has ledge(shelf) that can be useful for keeping things.Final thoughts: Considering the amount of hassle I have to go through to return it and order a new one (with an estimated time to deliver, which would easily be two weeks) I am not in situation where I can return it and wait for another one to arrive. Therefore kind of forced to use what I have got.Suggestion to the manufacturer: Please consider the use case for which people would use it for! If you can make it sturdy, stable table which you can use for prolonged time(6 to 8 hours) in a day working with laptop, then you would create a good product.
