Fleas
There's fleas in the rice, after disputing with my daughter it was rice husk. We turned it on its side and you can see them crawling. Like wtf. I need a refund.

This rice has absolutely no smell as Basmati is supposed to have - and it's just as tasty as water. I highly doubt that this is actually Basmati rice. Not just me, also a guest wondered what happened, as he is used to be served tasty rice from me.

I have had Kohinoor rice before, its pretty decent. But hard to rate the rice since never got it (and its been 7 months).

I bought this as I have been using basmati rice for a long time. A friend told me about this brand, so I bought a bag. To me, there is no difference in taste or texture .. Although the grains are fluffier after a good wash and soaking than say, tilda. Bag is not resealeble. A nice quality rice, but nothing very special.

I opened the bag of rice and it was laden with ants. Threw it away immediately.

The rice is basmati, but pretty ordinary and not worth the price paid for it.
This is one of those items that costed me three times to buy on Amazon as it was actually worth. Nothing fancy about this rice. I was looking for really long grained rice. This is not. Pretty ordinary, run-of-the-mill basmati that can be had at your corner grocery store for "normal" price. Will not be buying again at this price.
