I orderedthese stamps before but when I received the package it was empty so I called and a replacement was sent.. I received the item and am very happy with them. I appreciate Amazon's understanding my needs and concerns I mail my bills so I eally needed this item I just may order them again

BUYER BEWARE. A REVIEW SAID THEY SENT THEIR MAIL WITH THESE AND THEY WORKED. They are only for ADDITIONAL OUNCE and wont work to send a letter. you need a forever stamp friend. I knew they were too cheap. but no stars deducted because that was my error. i didnt do any research.
