I’m not positive but the double is thicker & creamier than heavy whipping and I think luxury would be closer to heavy whipping cream but still creamy

is this cream not "ultra-pasteurized"? some recipes call for heavy cream that is not ultra-pasteurized, but this is difficult to find

I would not use this in a recipe that calls for heavy cream. This is thick, not a liquid. It has the consistency of butter when refrigerated.
