I had been searching for “cute” trash receptacles forever! And then these popped up in my search and I splurged on them immediately.Full disclosure, building these was a bit of a pain. The illustrations in the directions were sometimes misleading, but all in all completely worth the struggle.They are pretty pricey especially since we wanted two so we could also conceal our recycling, but I’m still so pleased with the purchase! I do wish the materials were a tad better quality for the price, but honestly I’m just happy to be able to conceal our trash and recycling in such a cute and stylish way. AND there’s extra storage in the drawer which is so convenient for trash bags or whatever!It comes with a matching bamboo cutting board which I have yet to use, but it’s thick and sturdy so I have to assume it’ll work just fine.There is an odor to them that I cannot place. It smells a bit chemically. It’s not something that bothers me much as the odor doesn’t stink up the house or anything, I only catch a whiff when I open a drawer or pull down the door to throw something away. I wasn’t sure if it was even worth mentioning, but I know some people are more sensitive to smells so... yeah. I imagine the smell will go away with some time. I’ve only had them for a day.I switched out the knobs and pulls for gold ones that match our kitchen cabinets. I just love them so much!

I didn't pay anything extra! That was by far amazing.Cons: it was a little difficult to assemble but my husband helped and it went quickly after that.Instructions could be larger so you don't need a magnifying glass to read it.I'm very happy with this item and the seller! Would recommend and would buy from this seller again.

loved the trash can at first. took my husband over an hour too assemble. lots of parts, and not well labeled.now having it for a little over a year, the trash can hinges are starting to fail and trash can part isn't fully closing. mind you we do use it a lot, and hopefully can just replace those to get it back in 100% working order.

I just put this together. It looks very nice.Assembly was challenging. The pieces have teeny tiny stickers with letters to identify but not all of them do as some were missing or migrated to different parts. The diagrams not too bad but some blow ups of crucial info like which side is in or out, up or down, would help a lot. Also at least 2 bigger stickers per part are needed. It took me about 4 hours going slow while watching TV. I put many many cabinets together this year. This was the most difficult because of missing part stickers and unclear diagrams. I put the bottom on backwards. No info which side was front or which back. This never happened to me before so I say this was pretty difficult assembly

We looked for a tilt out garbage can cupboard and almost gave up deciding for the amount of money they cost we would be better off just building one ourselves. We had a hard time justifying the ridiculous cost for some of them, then we saw this one. It arrived on time, packaged well with no dings, dents or scratches. Fairly simple to put together. The hinged door can slam shut so, put self sticking door bumpers, worked great.Con: size of the garbage can is not overly big but, manage to empty it once a day between a family of three and numerous pets. However, larger can would’ve been more practical. It’s sturdy, nice feel with a real look of wood to it. The drawer addition makes for good space.Would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again. Especially, for the price and size !

I was so excited to recieve this to be able to "hide" my trash & keep my dog from getting into our trash can. Let me start with the few disappointments of the actual product. First, after a long process of assembling we noticed there was slight warping on a piece that caused it to sit slightly unlevel on the floor. Not terrible, so we thought we would deal with it. Second, I tried the drawer storage. While it was a great concept to have it also store the cutting board in there it was not doable as every time I attempted to access the inside drawer by sliding the board back, the board would fall back getting stuck. Thirdly, & most importantly I bought & tried 2 different types of 10 gallon trash cans which I couldn't get to fit properly. So, I'm guessing I would have to go smaller for it to work, but for my family, smaller just isn't acceptable.Lastly, the customer service was absolutely ridiculous!! With all the issues mentioned I decided it just wasn't worth the price and attempted to return the product.I was informed that I would have to disassemble the product AND put it back in the original box. You can see the issue already. On top of that they wanted ME to pay the cost to have it shipped back to them!! What??!!If you haven't purchased one yet know that it will cost YOU to have it shipped to your home. That is reasonable. Asking me to pay to ship a defective product back is not at all reasonable.So, there is my long warning to stay away from buying this product online!So disappointed ☹️To be fair, one good thing I can say is that the material does appear to be decent quality.
