Nanshing Harmonee Multi-Piece Window Sets

I bought this as a gift to my cousin, who had been eyeing it for over a year. It was a Christmas/early graduation gift. Though she said it was exactly the one she wanted, she was disappointed that it was not the best quality. She said it seemed like it was sewn improperly, and that some of the filling was bunched up in one corner. I told her she could try to return it for a new one, but not sure if she did or not. I was leery of buying it based on some of the other reviews, but it was what she asked for so I wanted to make her happy. Just beware that it is, in fact, not fabulous quality.

First, the quality is far below what the picture led me to believe and frankly, disappointing. The description did say that the filling is polyester, but it didn't say the top fabric and the bottom fabric is also polyester, and it is obviously 100% made in China. There are black fuzz-balls and black hang-threads covering a great deal of it. The filling is lumpy and lacking in quantity; it doesn't even extend into the corners of the comforter; very low quality all around. The bedskirt is black, totally flat, no frills, very cheap (almost sheer) fabric, and I'm not talking about the white part, this is the black part. It totally is on par with something I would see at a bargain/budget store.The photo is quite deceiving; it is shown with a rich color of solid purple on the top half, but in reality, that top portion is folded over so that the bottom fabric is all that shows in the picture. That bottom fabric is a richer shade of purple than the top surface of the comforter. It would have been a better color to adjoin the printed portion that has the black flowers, but instead, the top surface of the top half of the comforter is a pale, non-coordinating shade of purple that looks quite hideous next to the other colors of this set. If this color had been showing in the photo, I would have passed on the whole deal. On top of all this disappointment, they sent me a "King" when I ordered and paid for a "Cal King" so it was too small to fit my bed. This item is being returned tomorrow.

Worth every cent I spent on it. If you're pairing it with satin sheets though be warned... it slips around like crazy. Otherwise it's absolutely perfect for my needs. Not too thick, but not flat either. The accent pillows work beautifully so I didn't have to find pillows to go with it, and the shams fit even my largest pillows with ease.

Absolute crap and I didn't remove it till after 30 day mark which is my bad. Fell apart coming out of the bag. It's not a complete set not even the useful bits. A sheet and cover for the bed it lacks. I seriously regret buying this cheap POS. I put together a set online for cheaper and it worked out better.

I had been looking at this set for a while, such petty color on the picture but much darker in reality. If you are buying it for to keep warm it is not a good choice very light weight and the decorative pillows are small. Now having said that I will keep it but will look for something closer the color I wanted. I purchased the king set, I don't think it is worth more than 50.00 or less.

The padding was equally distributed. The decorative pillows and shams are nice. For the price, I would have liked slightly more quality but this is acceptable. I can tell that I have no hope of ever laundering the comforter.One note...there is a good deal of Mauve used in this set, and it's something that does not show in the photos. There is lavender, yes, but there is a pinking mauve that dominates one third of the comforter, half the pillow shams and some decorative accents on the throw pillows.

Great product but it makes my room too dark

This set was very nice to have. Looked wonderful in my room. Only downfall is that when I washed them the seams started to come apart. This comoforter is now used for my dogs to lay on because with each wash it ripped even more.
