The problem is the problem not the product
The knob works, delivery was quick so for those reasons the rating has to be good. Reading the other reviews indicates a common problem with the Neff hob and it's magnetic knob design which is fatally flawed. Ours like so many others, disappeared when magnetized to an oven tray and subsequently melted in the oven. If it happens that often is a problem that the manufacturer needs to address. This is a very expensive magnet. FYI if you go on you tube you can learn how to operate the hob without the knob but it's a faff.

Identical To The Original
An exact match for the twistpad that we lost and works just as well. Expensive but less so than buying direct from Neff

Reasonably priced compared to buying from NEFF
Cheaper than getting it from NEFF. Tested on arrival and seems to be just as OK as the old one that attached itself to a baking tray and ended up getting roasted.

Blooming expensive
It gets full marks because it means the hob works again after the wife put a casserole dish in the oven with the old one magnetically stuck to it. But it corners the market and is FAR too expensive for what it is.

Works well but over priced.
Works better than the one that came with our neff hob. V pleased. As o'er the other review our previous dial magnet attached itself to the grill on and we grilled. You can operate the appliance without it but its a far. Happy with this it just works. Would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive!

Does the job
A little pricey, but it arrived quickly when I needed a new one after I had damaged the old knob.

Better than Spares2Go
Brilliant operates with my Jeff hob. More expensive than the Spares2go much cheaper alternative which didn’t work and which I’m struggling to get a refund for.

Brilliant gadget
Struggled to use the hob without this cool gadget. Son accidentally grilled this knob, as it is magnetic and so attached itself to a grill pan and literally got grilled. It did not survive. This happened 5 days before christmas 2017. Ordered from Amazon and delivered two days later. Christmas was saved thanks to Amazon. Been very careful since!!
