The set is a useful combination allowing you to get a nice workout. The blue and green loops were a little too light for my liking and the black does not provide sufficient stretch. Not that it is hard to pull because of the weight, it just does not stretch.Overall, I would get these again to balance my gym.

I love these resistance bands they are very durable and are made up of very good quality and tear-resistant not made of cheap material like other brands which snap within the first few times of use. I use them for different workouts like yoga, a door anchor, and for pull-ups. They have different colors for different strength levels for levels from beginner to advanced and are very durable and safe to use. They also come in one carry bag to store after the exercise. They dont smell after use and are highly stretchable for a better workout. I like to use the door anchor and ankle straps. In conclusion, I highly recommend this product they are excellent and you can exercise at home more effectively. It will be a great gift to present to any age level.

I got these to help me do some activities while i'm sitting at my desk during meetings or while I'm working. The set comes with 4 bands, a door catch, 3 loop bands, and an expander band. It also comes with a nice draw string bag to store it all in.What I like about these bands is that they don't stink like some others. These are made of high quality silicone and are also easy to clean. Just hand wash in some mild detergent and then hang to dry.The bands come in different colors which equate to different tensions (See table). The loops bands weren't labeled but I'm suspecting the Green is 5-10lbs, blue is 10-15lbs, and the red id 20-30 lbs. They seem to match up with my other loop bands so YMMV.The door catch works very well. My old set used a hook and it was super janky. Whenever I used it, it felt like it was going to work itself loose, hit me in the head, and kill me. This one is made out of a foam puck and heavy duty strap. It slides between the door and the frame easily and it's solid. Finally, a door catch that I feel comfortable using!The expander bands are also pretty useful. I usually stop in them and do curls while I'm sitting at my desk. It's confortable to use and the tension is just enough to keep you busy without making you strain too hard.Overall, a very good high quality set at a reasonable price!
