Coffee starts my day and ends it when I go to bed. It protects the people I love. I thought this was going to be a great little addition to my desk. OMFG was I wrong! The thing leaks if you pour it. It would make a better flower vase as it is fine just sitting there God forbid you move it. The silver pieces are all cheap plastic and the whole thing leaks. Well let me correct that. It all leaks except the spout. It trickles it doesn’t pour.I was just going to put a little silicone around the neck and cut my losses. Then as you can see above the handle started to leak! I mean I am not a rocket scientist but I probably would have glued the handle on not used a screw, but hey that’s just me!!Aftter pouring into my cup you have to have a rag because it’s not a drop or a dribble on the surface you pour over, it’s a teaspoon at least. You pour a tsp of water on your desk. Lay a paper on it or run your sleeve through it then and only then will you understand the horror.I work from home! I am old, fat and tired. My office is upstairs. My lazy ass thought this would be a pretty little treat holding my dark black life blood. Keeping it hot and fresh for my next cup! WRONG!Do not be swayed by the pretty colors or the jealousy in the eyes of your colleagues when on zoom. Do not let the distraction of prime shipping or the under 20 price speak to your bougie soul.The time and effort I would spend returning this would cost me more than I paid. I assume this company banks on that.Heed my words my friends. It’s not worth the dark stain on your soul or your desk to mess with this item!

Overall satisfied with this jug. Seems very well made and durable. Keeps my water hot/cold for hours!My only complaints are that the top opening is rather small, and the lid doesn't open very far, so it is a challenge to fill. I actually use a funnel. Having never had or used one of these before, I don't know if this is common.The other thing is that is pours a wide stream. If you try to fill a water bottle, for example, do it over a sink because you will definitely spill.For the most part, it has met my expectations.

This carafe is made of the cheapest plastic ever. It looks like something you could get for 200 points at Dave & Busters. I wouldn’t let my kids use this for a play tea time.
