Buy if you look like the picture.
Not worth the money. If you have a bit of a belly it will not fix correctly and thus cause you to have extra stomach rolls. Sizing buy 1 size smaller than are as cab be big. The material is well made strong durable and can see it working if you have a flatter stomach and sick pack but any pudgyness well you will lose out on your funds.Disappointed.

Great for beginners!
Hugs my waist perfectly and is comfortable to wear! Trying it out whilst exercising to get my body back in shape. Would recommend this to beginners as it's adjustable and can be loosened if it's too tight.

Great quality and durable
I think some reviewers have perhaps not used it properly. You first put it on and THEN can tighten on both sides to make it fit and make your waist slimmer. I have tried many waist trainers and this is the best one I tried as it feels very durable and easy to use. Makes my posture better too!

Excellent for posture and trimming down your waist
Best waist trainer I have had so far. It is super adjustable and i have started seeing results. If you are new to waist training then start off by not making the adjustable straps to tight as throughout the day it can get uncomfortable. This has also helped with my posture. As we all know working at your desk you tend to slouch. However with this is has made me sit up straight. I dont train in it anymore as I find the material can get a little uncomfortable once you start to sweat. However that is just my personal preference. You can put it over your clothes if you choose to train in it to avoid that discomfort. But for the price and the speedy delivery I will recommend this product

Just got it yesterday and I’m so loving it, true to size and just love the way it supports my back and the way it shapes me. Wore it half of the day today and is So comfortable and not moving up and down. Will see how everything goes with my tummy and come back with more reviews

Beginning waist training
I'm addicted to this waist trainer. It feels better on than it does off and I do feel that my waist has shrunk a little bit.I would say it is good for beginners who just want to get a try of waist training and weight management.
