Pretty good for the price.
Produces good madeleines for the price. The pan, as you'd expect of silicone, is rather floppy but keeps its shape well enough in the oven - one end droops a bit but there were no spillages or distorted madeleines. Having used it to see if I could actually produce madeleines, I would probably go on to buy one of the larger metal tins, but this one is very good for occasional use when only a few biscuits are required.

DON'T BUY if you want deep madelines....
Having checked all the other reviews, I'm astounded that no-one has yet pointed out that the description is wholly inaccurate - contrary to the stated depth of 2.5cm, the actual internal depth of the mould is 1.5cm (much like the metal moulds I already have, but rarely use). I already have a silicone mould with a depth of 2.5cm (which gives more room for the lemon curd and raspberry!), and was looking for a second one (as I always need at least two moulds per batch), so I know they exist, but this isn't it!Also, just noticed that the image used is one of a 2.5cm mould (I can tell, as I already have one) but, as explained above, this is not what you receive. Offer of a 'half refund and keep mould' from supplier was rejected.

I actually received a pink mold rather than a blue one! still does the job. It is a bit "flappy" ie doesn't hold when when put inside the oven. Some dough trickled down inside the oven as a result. Otherwise OK.

Excellent non-stick quality but as madeleine batter is very loose ...
Excellent non-stick quality but as madeleine batter is very loose you will need to place these on a baking tray to keep the batter within the moulds (silicone trays are very wobbly). So if starting from scratch you might be better off with a metal tray.

The colour of the product was advertised blue yet you sent a red one ! If I had wanted red I would have ordered one

Bought this to try making madeleine's when others I ordered did not turn up. Does the job well but no better than others which cost me half as much when postage is taken into consideration.
