Fantastic!
I highly recommend this book! It continues with the tale of Baby Owl i.e. the lean, mean hunting machine! My then two year old picked the book everyday for about two weeks. Since we've added to his library, he sometimes forgets about his books but the "I'm Not Cute" and "I'm Not Scared" Baby Owl books are a huge hit with him. He absolutely loves this book and it still gets picked maybe once or twice a week. It's really hard to say which is the better of the two - Cute or Scared. My recommendation to you is to buy BOTH! Your child will love these books for sure and you will too.

Lovely little book
Both my kids (age 3 and5) love this book. I got it because it was on a recommended list of books to read with little ones. It's really simple and heartwarming.

Delightful series
There are a few books in this series featuring the little owl. In this story, owl is adamant that he’s not going to read - owl is a very relatable character for kids in each of the books in the series. Sweet ending in each story in this series.

A great book for toddler fears!
I love this book!My just turned 3 year old son has become scared of the dark. This book is perfect for bed time reading! We talk about owls a lot anyway, so he gets to see how Owl works with being scared. He really likes the book and I hope it helps him understand.I also like that this book has Dad helping him out. Most books are Mom focused, but I'm the one that puts my son to bed so it's nice to have one where Dad is talking to his son. Although, another mom one would have been fine too.Regardless, a great, cute book that speaks to a very practical issue of being scared.

Love this story/ book for my five year old
Love this story/ book for my five year old. I purchased this book when my son was 3 and in a process of a move we lost the book. My son had a few nights where he didn’t want to sleep in his bed because he was scared of what five year olds gets scared of which is anything that goes bump in the night . This book is helpful. I also purchased a cool owl night lantern he can turn on when he needs an extra light besides the three wall plugins he already has.

cute story - different twist
in this story the owl is out for a walk and adult animals say things to him that do not make sense to say to a baby owl and he explains

Exceeds expectations.
Great read for a 2 yr old that just started saying she is scared of everything (when clearly, she's not),
