So pretty! And delighted with the size. Was searching for a packpack of similar size to what I was replacing, so this was perfect. Zipper is covered with large hem, which I'm sure is to prevent rain/water getting into the bag, but it's a little too wide so makes opening pack harder than it should be.Also wanted a double-zip bag - zipper only works on one side, so disappointed about that.This is an update to my review of October 23rd. As other people have mentioned I was also having problems with the zipper and after inquiring, Amazon informed that it was past the thirty days to return or exchange it.(though I had not used it for thirty days)Following day I received a message from the seller LUCKYZ.Zack offered to replace the backpack for free. I can only say I'm impressed with this kind of customer service. I received the replacement backpack and hoping the zipper on this one does not split open. I really love the product and since it comes in over a dozen designs, I will order again for myself or as gifts as long as the zipper on this one holds. Thank you Zack!

Bag is great but is on the smaller side, would be good size for elementary school age children. Will end up being my middle schooler’s clothes bag.

I've had this backpack for YEARS. No tears at all, still going strong. My little sister even had it for a while and no issue when returned.Con: Loses colour after washing. It's still beautiful but it looks washed out

This bag is beautiful and it has so much room in it. I have to take a lot of things with me when I go places and to work. It fits everything I need, including waterbottles!!I carry a lot of stuff, so when I say it's roomy I mean it. All the pockets are cool too

We received one with a broken zipper. They took care of it immediately and sent a new one. material is flexible. bag is very spacious

This bag fits everything I need for work and I still have room! It has a padded spot for your laptop, but I don't have a laptop so I just use it for my phone! And it's so cute. I love patterns like this one!
