The hat is great and excellent quality but It was very dirty but that is the sellers fault not new eras fault ,

My boyfriend love his hat. Is saw a few reviews mentioning about the authenticity and that wasn’t the case here. The only issue is the way it was shipped. Wish it was mailed separately instead of with the whole order but luckily the hat didn’t crease really. The one crease it did have we were able to pop it out. Next time will just purchased the hat and nothing else to prevent it from getting creased.

Saw quite a few reviews saying there package came damaged and smashed and decided to order anyways, well the hat came smashed and damaged shocker. Normally I would just make it work but on top of it being damaged the fabric felt super cheap compared from the hats I've ordered straight from the website also the stitching was super off center. Maybe I just got unlucky. Ended up returning.

Cap is nice but should've been delivered in a box, cap came in a envelope and it caused the cap to have wrinkles

This is my favorite cubs hat

Great color, the usual fitted hat (slightly irregular) but the quality is spot on. I usually don’t purchase hats because they’re hand made and some for better than others and this hat was a little low for my head but might fit others perfectly well.
