I’ve driven 1300 miles on it and had tons of fun. Super fast and powerful, even uphill and I weigh 250 lbs. I finally need to replace the tires. I ordered them online and hopefully don’t have to wait too long to receive them. And hopefully they’re not too difficult to replace.

Loved and was amazed at speed and power for about a week. Then after only 5 miles or so a CPU error and no back motor. After WEEK of back and forth with customer support (in china) they offered to ship new controller for me to replace. They did, but from china so see it in a month maybe if lucky. To prepare I tried to remove the foot pad / battery cover which is screwed and glued and it cracked bad during removal. I feel that after owning only 2weeks I should not being have to deal with all this. I asked for refund and/or replace and they dance around and only offered controller which is shipped from china. I paid to much to deal with this BS. Sick of just looking at my new scooter sitting

I BOUGHT 4- ARW/BON SCOOTER AND 3 OF THEM OR BROKEN DUE TO ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND THEY MAKE LOUD NOISE I BUY Q06 PRO 2 OF THEM R BROKE AND I BOUGHT Q30 AND THAT IS ALSO BROKE I GOT 1 WORKING THEY WERE IN FUN IN THE BEGINNING NOW OVER MONTH I BEEN TRYING TO REPLACE OR GET THEM FIX AND STILL NOT FIX, IM TALKING TO THE MANUFACTURER AND STILL NOT FIX AFTER MONTH AND SUMMER IS ALMOST GONE THANKS ARW/BON

Scooter arrived in wet and damaged box. The deck of the scooter is delaminating and the scooter does NOT come close to the speed advertised. Top speed indicated was up to 50 mph and the max speed wide open only was 23 mph.

The worst item I got I do not recommend buying it did not work at all
