I admit I've been looking forward to going to the gym largely in part because I get to use this after. It's like my own post-workout spa treatment! There's a good amount of each product to last at least a good while.Although it's a shower gel bundle, it also comes with a shampoo and conditioner pack which I thought was a nice addition. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling really, really smooth.All the gels lather really well and wash off easily. There's 700ml of the Body Recovery shower gel (both a bottle and a pouch), which is the one I've been using most often. It makes my skin super soft after use and has a lovely rosemary, slightly woody, smell that isn't too overwhelming.The Clear Breathing shower gel has a strong eucalyptus-like scent that effectively clears any nasal congestion. Ideal not only for post-workouts, but also if you frequently suffer from a hayfever blocked nose.The Muscle Cooling shower gel is very similar, but with more of a peppermint scent. It seems to give a slightly deeper, more exfoliating cleanse than the other two as well. I can't seem to find this gel sold individually at all! It's only available as a bulk buy (pack of 6) or in bundles like this one.Overall this is great value for money. Each of the 200 ml pouches is typically sold for £5.99 and the 500 ml bottles for £10.99, so it would cost around £40 to buy each product separately. They're a tad pricey, but they're great quality and each product seems well-thought-out with what it's targeting and the active ingredients inside. I'd be happy to recommend.

It's literally just shower gel...
Has lovely essential oil scent, but it didn't revive and rejuvenate me....its literally...just shower gel, not the miracle pack I was expecting. The price is unjustified

Scents of these shower gels are subtle and pleasant, creating a spa-like ambiance in the shower. The selection of different sizes in the bundle is convenient, allowing me to use the 500ml bottles at home and take the 200ml bottles with me at the gym or when I'm traveling. The packaging is sleek and modern, making it a great gift option. I will definitely buy more of them!

This is a good kit for the gym or for travelling the packs are lightweight and squishy so fit in your was bag they come with a clip on the side of the pack so can be hung up the body wash smells good and your skin feels fresh and cleanThe 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner works really well it’s got a fresh scent and leaves your hair looking clean and not dryI use the shower gel at home but buy the big bottle from FIT-KITCheck out the rest of the range the body moisturiser is excellent
