Not even close to being Heavy duty! Poorly Machined threads!
These hooks are not as large as I thought and the threads are very poor. Likely cheap Chinese made. I drilled a pilot hole in the wooden rafters in my shed and tried many times to get these things to bite into the wood and tighten, no way. Finally went to Harbor freight and bought some that screwed right in. Looks as though these are made to be only be used with the plastic anchors and not directly into wood. Buyer Beware!

NOT HEAVY DUTY - Cheaply welded screws break off during installation
Just NOT heavy duty; see pictures. They just lightly welded a screw to a U shaped tube, covered it in rubber, and hoped for the best. The U-hooks that didn't break during installation serve the purpose intended, but when 2 out of the 6 break during installation, that's both a low value proposition, and a frustrating installation process.I drilled a proper sized (size of screw minus threads) pilot hole into the stud these were going into. They just snapped when twisting in.

Good for lighter duty
I had mainly bought these to hang up my bikes in the garage. My plan was to hang them from the wheel putting the hooks in the rafters. Unfortunately the hooks aren't heavy duty enough for that. They were starting to bend with the hook straightening out. Granted this was a large customized cruiser so it's heavier than say a road bike. I could still utilize the hooks with other things and they have been handy to have.

Cheap hardware
Extremely disappointed in the anchors provided with these hooks. I drilled the proper sized holes in the ceiling of my garage. I placed the anchors in the holes and twisted the bike hooks in. The anchors would not hold the hook at all. So I took an anchor in my hand and twisted a hook into that. The anchor in my hand snapped and is clearly made from a cheap and brittle plastic. The hooks appear be to quality but I won’t know until I am able to get a set of decent anchors.

Flimsy. Save your money.
Suitable for hanging smaller cotton balls. The U is shrink-wrapped to a screw (note shape in picture), and a mild, single-fingered tug easily snapped it in two. Junk.

Great product. Great price.
These hold quite a bit. I’ve used them for ladders, bicycles, cornhole boards and other items with some weight. I would suggest not putting anything heavier than 50 lbs on one hook. I would use two in that case.

Defective Machine Threads
Even with pilot holes drilled, the hooks won't screw into wood. The threads are defective. I am returning.I bought these grey hooks and they work perfectly https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L2VHTNL/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

These hooks are good for many uses
I really like these hooks the red is stunning. They arrived quickly and in good packaging. These are good for all storage needs. I use them to hang my purses and even jewelry.

Terribly machined screw end, too short for a bike but very reasonably priced.
These are pretty poorly built but as the cliché goes "you get what you pay for"; as tiresome and overused as that phrase is I would say these hooks are the best example of validating the sentiment. To be very fair, this set of six cost what one single "brand name" / quality built similar hook would cost from your local hardware store. So if you are just hanging kids bikes, or something light like garden tools (e.g. rakes, shovels, etc.) then these will work okay. However, for anything with substantial weight I would shy away from these. The screw is machined horribly and the anchors provided are not that great.Just updating my review, I had one of these warp and drop the bike that was attached. It was your average road bike, not super heavy but the hook almost completely "straightened out" and the bike fell off the wall.

Not very good quality, be careful!
Out of 3 different hooks I have installed 1 had broken before I could even hang anything. Looks like the U-hook is just simply welded (very poorly I might add) to a Philips screw. After pre-drilling a hole in the wall I screwed in the U-Hook and simply put maybe 5-10 pounds of downwards pressure and the weld failed and hook fell down while the screw stayed in the wall. Needless to say I did the same test on it replacement and every hook I installed after.

Bought these for hanging my bike 2018
And they function really well so i bought more. We use them for hanging on wooden ceiling for everything -chainsaws, leaf blower, bikes, snow rackets & skis. Leaves a lot of room for other engines I screwed it on a little more to keep them sturdy ...no anchors

Great hooks
Perfect for hanging the bikes in the carport/garage/shed. Super sturdy, even for the adult bikes.

Not heavy duty.
The steel quality in these is not great. We’ve broken one already.
