Would recommend it for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive place to store your loved ones ashes. Only issue is the screws on the bottom to open/close are a pain and they stick out so it scratches surfaces easily.

I couldn't use this because it was wood l had to buy a metal one.I wish l knew that when l order it but my son just passed away this week and I wanted to have it in case it happened earlier.

Very nicely made, was going to return it cause it had a bruise on. But unable to order another cause out of stock so keeping it .

This urn is so strong and beautiful. My oldest brother passed away suddenly this year in Hawaii. Because of the distance, I had to have him cremated and forwarded to my home. I planned for his burial in our family plot on November 19, 2022. As sad a day as it was, having my brother’s cremains placed in this beautiful urn with the Tree of Life on the outside gave me comfort. Thank you for such a beautiful piece of work….it really helped in a rough time!

Well made, exactly as described.

I recieved this URn and was discussed in the quality. First open from box and there was scratches across the top. then found that the staining was extremly poor you can see through the stain across most of the box.Lastly the photo panel dont fit the clear panel needs trimming and the crappy backplat holders dont hold. we need to get better ones. then to make it even worse we cant return it as the ashes had to be placed in . we cound not return. And you cant contact seller which i believe is wrong. So in the end you get stuck with bad quality product.

The box is as described and is perfect. The cost was way less than purchasing from the funeral home,

i recieved it with a flat screw driver included but the screw is cross, so I cant use the screw driver
