Important book
We had a biter.. got kicked out of preschool (at two) cause he just loved munching on one kid in particular (his bestie- who found it funny) .. bought book / moved preschool.. no more biting. Not sure if it was the book or the change of schools but the book was cheaper so give it a go.

Amazing educational book for young ones
My autistic son would bite to express himself. This book was a godsend! We read everyday and he did stop biting!

Good book for education around biting
Brought this book because my nephew had repeatedly bit other children at nursery. My sister said that she found the book helpful in explaining to him about what teeth were and weren't for.

This book does actually work!
Bought after a particularly bad biting incident at Nursery. Didn't really think it would help until I heard some children actually quoting lines out of the book and there was no biting incidents for the rest of the academic year. Worth every penny!

A good self help book for the whole family
Bought this book for my grandson, but it has helped everyone he comes into regular contact with. His parents, his sibilings, and both sets of grandparents have all read the book and we all use the same phrase when he attempts to bite. Within a few weeks he now reaches for the book and start counting his teeth. He finds the story calming and a great distraction. The biting habit has gone. He would have grown out of it but this book speeded up his learning and understanding. Great graphics. Repetitive phrases. Great also for early readers.

A bit more of a story they can get into and enjoy.
Decent book. Could do with being a little more child friendly. A bit more of a story they can get into and enjoy.

It's a really effective book. It doesn't have some great story with a moral or something. It's just a simple book with a clear message for young toddlers that biting is not okay. Message is repeated enough times with simple illustrations. It teaches babies alternatives to biting as well. Adults may feel the book is not engaging enough but my baby of under 2 years of age actually stopped biting after repeated readings of this book. So definitely the book got something right!

This book is exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. It’s well-made, easy to use, and arrived quickly. I’ve been reading it regularly to my grandchildren and it’s made a noticeable difference. Great quality for the price—would definitely recommend!

Mon fils adore ce livre qui lui permet de développer son vocabulaire en anglais et ça l’a aussi sensibilisé sur le fait de ne pas mordre ses copains de la crèche.

Love this book, and so does our 18 month grandson. He's bit mummy a couple of times, so I thought I'd give a book a try. Good tone. Explains how one may want to bite, but why one shouldn't. Its simple message of, 'ouch, biting hurts' is repeated throughout. I think books are a great way to send a message because there can be no hint of a power play. Introduced this book last week at our house, and he wanted it read to him again and again! Zero biting afterwards! It obviously left an impression on his little mind!
