This is brand new so I can't vouch for longevity but this comes very compact. Was easy to set up. I would say 5-10 minutes. It didn't come with a pad but we already had a pad that fit perfectly. We had one of those foam pads that are 1 foot squares. It is a great size and our 8 month old grandson has enjoyed playing in it and we finally have peace of mind when we can't constantly have our eye on him. Very sturdy. Love this product!!

It's very sturdy and easy to put together, definitely love the amount of space for my son to play and zipper doors. Only issue is sometimes it's hard to unlock the bottom when closing it up on your own. It's a lot easier as a 2 person tear down due to the size. But packs of and travels easily! Less than 10 min tear down and packed.

Everything about this playpen is excellent.Quality of construction, quick and so easy to setup and packs away just as easy. Price for the quality is money well spent.Highly recommended

The media could not be loaded.  It actually is very nice and roomy!! My husband and I can both lay in there with our daughter and play with room to spare. Set up was extremely easy and I did it alone within seconds. Very similar to the way a pack and play would open up. I actually would highly recommend this one over the PVC play yards. The carrying case is made well. If you are in the market, buy this one!! You won't be disappointed!!

Durable and spacious. Only complaint is the corner bottom plastic floor protection fell off. There are small rubber inserts made to protect the floor from scratches, which came off fairly easily.

I've had this now for a few months and it's held up great. The fact that it folds up and is portable is awesome. The only thing I have concern with are the bars. Especially the ones that line the bottom where the lock sticks up. Baby has fallen and bumped her head a couple times, I see people using pool noodles and stuff which is a smart idea to avoid injury. I just tuck blankets around the inside of the bottom.

Love, Love Love this item. Sturdy, quality, easy to set up and break down. Great foe both Grand babies. They really enjoy there time in the foldable playpen. Great size!

This play pen is larger than expected, in a great way! Our 7 month baby is just learning to crawl and he’s going to have the best time having so much space to move. It’s also nice to have his toys contained in an area now. We didn’t pay attention to the height, the sides are pretty tall. I’m only 5ft so I have to climb in but it’s no big deal, I’d rather be sure my baby can’t climb out. It’s also very easy to set up and break down and pack up. Definitely recommend!
