This bodysuit is great for workout, it makes you sweat and keeps it locked so your cloths are not wet and clinging. It's also a great shaper and holds you in. It's good for all kinds of workout, true to size. I highly recommend it.

I am impressed with this sauna suit. The material is thin but strong so you can wear this under normal clothing and no one would know. The silver lining keeps your body heat in and helps you sweat. Just wearing it around the house under normal clothes is enough to get me sweating.The suit is comfortable to wear and the material has enough stretch to allow free movement whilst exercising. I ordered the medium and it's measurements laid flat are, Bust 17" stretched 20" and the chest area is open so no bust squeeze. Waist 15" stretched 16 1/2". Hips 19 stretched 21 1/2". Measuring from shoulder to crotch is 29" stretched 32". These measurements are in inches and you have to double it to get size. Eg waist 30" stretched 33".I would recommend this sauna suit. The quality is good and I like the fit.

I've used this suit a couple of times now. 1 for in the Sauna and on the other occasion I went for run in it. Both times I found this product comfortable to wear. I am a 12-14 waist and quite busty, I opted for a Large and it fits well and I can wear a sports bra underneath the suit.As you can see from the photos it has breathable areas under the arms and between the legs which has been well designed and thought out.Finger crossed this will help me lose a few inches off my waist over the next few months.

This product works wonders as a normal 23 year old person who has already lost over a stone doing activities such as walking, gym, bounce, bungee, pole, arial fitness. I found that I was finding it more difficult to see anymore progress in my weight loss journey, I was not sweating as much (which is a good sign), the scales were no longer going down.I walk 40 minutes to work every day and this used to be a challenge for me however now ive lose weight it's just not a challenge for me any more. I used this romper for the first time this morning with a normal vest underneath (as the romper does not cover your bust). I walked to work, I didn't feel that it had worked until when I took the romper off the blue vest I was wearing was completely soaked through!I know its bit TMI but I was so so please to see the results and if your at a stand still and need a new challenge or to change up your routine this is a must buy.

I have been using this for a week now. I honestly expected to sweat a lot more than I have been. Even when being active I feel that this does not really help my body to sweat more, which is kinda dissapointing. Also, the top part of it is made for a certain breast size, so do not expect it to fit properly if you have bigger breasts than C cup. I guess this is the kind of product that will work wonders for some, but not for others.
