Very good value for money.Our original apple one broke and decided to give this one a go, works exactly the same, cheaper than apple and does the same job. Very happy

Used this charger as a replacement for my older one. The magnetic connection fastens securely, providing a sense of reliability. Charging time is efficient and doesn't overheat, even after long periods. The LED indicator is a useful touch, green means go, amber means still cooking. I've been using it extensively, and it hasn't wavered. This charger has a heat sink built in which is a nice touch for safety.

Fast delivery, charger great

The charger lasted less than 3 months!!Amazon does not support you if the item goes over the 30 days period which is a terrible customer services. It allows sellers to make bad products and sell them here without guarantee if they break…this product was not neglected simply it is poor manufacture. I will never buy any electronic product in here again!! Afraid I bought an item and most probably will get damage and I will get nothing to support apart from a AI!!! Impossible!!!

Item arrived 5th August been using it ever since, and then this evening the magsafe felt very very hot, so hot in fact I burned my fingers! Then it stopped charging altogether. It's only been 2 months, what a waste of time and money.

It is not appropriate to find an old mac charger somewhere in a wardrobe and sell it for money! Horrified to find the plug head missing, wire covered in insulation tape signalling badly damaged wires and covered in hair and filth. Returned within seconds of unwrapping at delivery with immediate effect.

The cost of an original brand power supply for my MacBook is £60-80 and this "generic brand" is 1/3 to 1/4 the price.I have used it today with a MacBook Air. The computer recognised it and it has weorked fine. Go to "About this mac". The only difference I can see is that this reports and identity number that is "0x0100".It has got warm and not hot. There has benn no buzzing or sparks.It looks good - bright white and shiny plastic like the original brand ones - just without the big Apple logo.It works fine for me - what more can I say? If it fails inside 2 yiears I will be back to change my review - but for now I am very happy and would get one again if needed.
