This is a very cool american flag cape. It has a place to put your arms to hold your cape on and a soft rope to tie around the neck for extra support. This is a great quality made cape to use as part if a costume, a great way to show your love for the USA during the 4th of july or you can even hang it if you wish. Absolutely love it! Never been one to wear stuff like this, but I do now: to the races, to the park, wherever. it’s so comfy, light and easy to wear. It’s bright and the colors really stand out. The cape came very quickly, a day earlier than expected. The colors are really vibrant and the pouches on the side back this very wearable and really work with your other clothing where most capes just hang behind you. The connection cord in front is not irritating and is subtle enough that it doesn't stand out or distract from the rest of the flag.
