Diabetic Sandals for Men Wide Width with Arch Support, Men Diabetic Sandals Adjustable

The last time my hub broke his pinky toe the surgical shoe brace caused a bunch of pain in his back and legs afterwards. We didn’t know any better, so he wore it the whole 6 weeks to heal. This time (yup, another broken toe) I said there’s GOT to be a better option! Enter, these sandals. They’re: - rigid soled and support just like the surgical shoe - easy Velcro top entry so broke toe isn’t squished on the way in - very adjustable (hubs has wide, shallow feet so straps are too long) - numerical size (versus surgical shoe size range, e.g. size Large) gives a better fit without a bunch extra sticking out in front - they’re heavier than the regular shoes he’s used to, but reportedly comfortable with some arch support - the most important part: because he’s wearing both sandals, hips remain aligned so we’re hoping there won’t be so many post-recovery issues No, we didn’t try to get these covered by insurance, but so far the comfort level makes them totally worth the cost. They’re very sturdy so we’ll keep them afterwards (hopefully no more broken toes…)

Ordered FitVille Diabetic Sandals for my husband, who is currently receiving lymphatic therapy on both legs and feet. Therapy requires multiple layers of bandaging so obviously he is unable to wear his normal shoes or crocs. Since he wears a size 12.5, I ordered size 13. They fit perfect!! The Velcro straps are easy to adjust. The sole is thick enough to provide protection and support when walking outside. The padding makes these sandals comfortable to wear. Even the nurse and therapist have commented on the great quality of these sandals, far better than brands their other patients have used. Definitely well worth the money....and my husband loves them!!

Feet swollen preventing you to wear shoes... I tried several different shoes for that reason and they all had to be returned. This pair did the trick... Easy on and comfortable! I feel bad for you if you need these, but if you do, these are the shoes for you!

I recently had a hammertoe surgery and needed a sandal type shoe like this Fitville sandal. Sizing is an adventure with the webpage and their description(s). I ended up with a 10M /extra wide, which does not make sense. Shoe is very comfortable. The 2 front straps work great. the problem is I need to shift my foot as far forward in the bed of the shoe as possible, so no rubbing on surgery area. When I do this I have a gap at the back of my foot about 1 inch or more to the rear shoe cup. Placing a third loop & close strap in the back instead of the enclosed cup back of shoe would make a great improvement for people who have surgery on the front end of their foot. There are numerous 3 strap sandals but they do not have the comfort of Fitville. Plus, I am able to lay 1 of my diabetic inserts in the bed of the Fitville shoe for more comfort and cushioning. Adding a 3rd strap in rear would definitely make 5 stars.

These work well for people with toe surgery or injury. Easy on, easy off! Very nicely made and durable.

These fit when nothing else did! So many comments from others about them, because people need shoes to fit swollen feet. Just wish they were more affordable.

These are terribly over sized. I normally were a 48, they did not have 48 so I ordered a 47. These were at least a 50, they were easily N inch to long for me fee. So rder accordingly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased these because I hurt my foot, had surgery, swelling and inability to wear other shoes. I bought them begrudgingly as I'm a shoe person who owns hundreds of pairs of shoes and the thought of " diabetic specialty shoes" did not sit well with me albeit only temporarily...well I got them put them on , with black ankle sock because my feet were bandaged so it was that or wrappings exposed...they were so comfortable and actually looked good ...the little ankle sock blended in and was almost inconspicuous...well my foot has healed but I'm still weating the shoes, not every day, but I still wear a shoe I planned to throw out once my foot healed. Ironically people ask me where I got them and say they look look comfortable to which i tell them they are and recommend them even if you don't need a special foot condition shoe. I've already purchased 2 more pair, still in boxes for the day when these have seen their better day ...there is something to be said for comfortable shoes. I previously lived by the mantra that fashion doesn't matter about comfort it' matters how it looks ..im guess im evolving a bit

Very comfortable and light. Not for tough or hard usage. Just everyday walk. Has a tight grip and a soft feel.

Excellent! Easy on/easy off. Swollen feet? loosen Velcro. Particularly handy if you're in a wheelchair - pull yourself along using great shoe sole traction.

Sommerschuh, ich habe ihn für meine Mutter gekauft. Er passte gut, ist leicht und bequem. Er hat eine erfreuliche Standsicherheit, man kann nicht herausrutschen und er lässt sich fast wir ein normaler Schuh tragen. Durch die Klettverschlüsse ist er sehr flexibel und leicht anzuziehen.
