The shower had a small leak where the upper column fits into the bracket. After a brief chat and showing pictures, the seller agreed to dispatch a replacement which arrived a couple of days later and works perfectly.Happy Customer. Would give 5* if the first one had worked!

The shower quality is excellent. The water power is perfect it's easy to control the water temperature. I needed a plumber to fit it and the fit is perfect

It's a decent product for the price but definitely not high end.

This is is the second one of these I've bought. The first one was fine for 5 months but was returned because the temperature kept varying to cold. Because the tiles are drilled I ordered a second one. It is actually worse than the first one. Runs at correct temp for a few minutes then goes cold. You have to srep out of the shower till it goes warm again. If it's turned hotter it goes colder then scalds you a minute later. It looks great but that is no help on such a poor product. The customer service is non existent from the company. Two emails were ignored. The plumbing has checked and is correct. I now need to find a replacement shower to be able to use the same fixing holes for the overhead pipe feed.

Really like my shower. Besides it looking good, it does what it says on site. There's a video showing how to operate and adjust. Good value for money.

Got this shower after my old one started to have problems, the old one was a very similar design but must have been a cheaper alternative.This is a great shower, you really notice the extra power and feels like the ones you get in a luxury hotel.Only issues I had wad the instalation, the kit comes with everything you need to install, in a perfect set up condition. You basically need 2 x fixed 15mm female couplings to screw your new shower connections into. I only had 2 hep pipes coming from the wall with a bracket that was to big to be covered up, by the shower cover plates. This is not any fault from the manufacturer, just a shame they don't provide a suitable bracket for the pipework that is not fixed Into the wall.Anyway shower works really well and is worth the money.

article bas de gamme peinture noir très fragile...eau froide qui ne passe pas que l eau chaude..dommage je regrette cet achat. Je vais sûrement le changer avec une vrai colonne de marque (double achat..)
