All the items in this party ware pack are really good quality and the print is vibrant and clear. You get exactly what you see in the pictures plus lots of balloons in different shades of blue. The foil balloons are big and could be filled with helium and used as stand alone floating balloons. I cannot recommend this pack highly enough. My order arrived quickly and in a protective box. It's amazing value for money!

Low quality bad product
The product is very low quality. One of the big foil balloons (dolphin) had a hole and leaked all the helium. Highly recommend people NOT to buy this product. Amazon should have monitor such bad sellers.

Looks amazing for the under sea water theme bday party. Balloons came with the confetti inside already. Banner already threaded etc. Highly recommend this purchase.
